About Mimosas & Crafts

Hey there!

My name is Judy, and I am the owner of Mimosas & Crafts Boutique.

Here is my story:

During the pandemic, I had trouble finding myself and finding a purpose. I honestly did not know what my hobbies were, what I liked to do in my spare time, or what made me happy. This truly effected my mental health.

In 2021, I took a huge risk & decided to move to Florida leaving behind what was a huge contribution to my depression; my childhood home (state). It was difficult to leave but I had to do what was best for me.

I have to admit that this journey was not easy, but I slowly got to find myself, and still am learning new things about me every day.

I recently found joy and serenity out of creating handmade crafts in the comfort of our Florida home. I went from selling digital invitations on Etsy to handmade crafts.

I'd spend all weekends in the Florida sunshine crafting while listening to inspirational audible books, listening to the birds sing, my cat meowing at me...while having a glass of mimosa 😄 & this is where Mimosas & Crafts was born.

When I am not crafting, I am an application systems analyst during the day or I am watching reruns on Netflix with my S.O. & my cat, playing PC games, or sitting outside soaking up the Florida sunshine!
